Birchwood Casey Tru-Oil brings out the natural beauty of a refinished wood stock. The final finish is deep and rich, duplicating the original finish that was on the gun stock. It requires only a few coats and dries quickly, but is best to keep overnight to assure it is completely dry before polishing. Tru-Oil is a purified triple-processed blForearm of all-natural oils that penetrates into the grain to seal out moisture. The final finish will not turn yellow or cloud the grain, and the surface becomes harder and tougher with the more coats applied. You can determine the final finish as either a high-gloss, or a more subdued satin finishby rubbing with fine steel wool. A perfect product for those interested in reworking wood on older guns.
