This is an ORIGINAL Forearm for 1890 and 1906 Winchester that has been professionally repaired. Has Euscutcheon already installed to prevent forearm screws from digging into wood when gun is pumped FOR LOADING and ejection. This style forearm came from the factory on the later model 1906 from serial number 113,000-852,000 and all of the 1890 models. (early 1906 had smooth handles and the Expert style 1906 rifles have the fluted -or hour glass- forearm) This forearm had a crack that was repaired and will fit all 1890 and 1906 rifles. These are ORIGINAL and the finish/color varies from light, medium but usually dark wood from earlier oiling.
