• Most orders are processed and on their way to you within 2-3  working days, if all of the parts are in stock, and they should reach you within 5-14 days (depending on where you are in the world).  Generally orders are shipped out within a day or two after receipt.    If you do not receive delivery by the 7th-14th day, please call or e-mail us. We want you to be satisfied with everything you buy from us.  If our products do not meet your expectations for any reason, merely return them undamaged and unchanged to us within 15 days. We do not refund postage costs.Make sure you put a note in with the part telling us what you want me to do (even if we talk with you on the phone)
• While we will accept returns, we must be contcted within  5 working days and you are responsible for all shipping costs as we do not refund shipping (see our shipping/information page for return conditions).  If the part you ordered and we shipped to you is incorrect or damaged, there will be no charge on the returned part.  However, if the part was incorrectly ordered and in useable condition, there will be a 10 percent restocking fee levied on those returned parts.
• By purchasing Items from this website you do so with the understanding that a qualified person will install parts/ use product. Due to the age of the firearms and/or the varying manufacturing tolerances, ALL parts are sold with the understanding that they Will Be Fitted and Safety Checked after installation by a COMPETENT, QUALIFIED gunsmith. Furthermore, to acquire or use our products by placing an order with us, you agree that all products purchased will be used in a lawful manner and that you are of a legal age, and where applicable, a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of the U.S. It is the customer's responsibility to know the laws in his or her state jurisdiction prior to purchasing Homestead parts products. Homestead parts shall have no liability to any customer due to the customer’s intentional or unintentional violation of federal, state, or local law.   • For any damages loss, cost, or damage of any kind arising from the misuse of our products or physical harm caused by our products to anyone or anything. This responsibility is entirely yours, as the buyer.
  • For any claims that may arise as a result of, whether whole or in part, improper or careless handling in the use of our products, unauthorized modifications, use of improper ammunition (wrong caliber, defective, hand loaded, or reloaded cartridges), abuse, neglect, corrosion, or other influences beyond our immediate and direct control.
