This is the metal buttplate 1894 or 1892 Carbine lever action Winchester. It fits pre and post 64 1894 rifles. (The later pre 64 1894's and the POST 64 model 94 also came with the flat checkered metal buttplate). It has been blued and is ready to install. The buttplate screws that will fit are wp57.
