Shipping & Returns

I use the United States post office to ship parts. All shipments come with tracking numbers that are emailed to you after the order is processed. All parts come in padded envelopes and are wrapped with a receipt.  Magazine tubes are sent in a long brown tube and all wood  (forearms and stocks) for rifles are sent in priority boxes.

Most of the shipping charges for small items is $8.95 and they generally take 4-5 days to get to you depending where you are in the country- I ship from Tucson AZ.  There is a choice for priority shipping which runs around $10.50 on up and takes 2-3 days for you to receive parts.  I can ship express mail using the flat rate express envelope so all  parts have to fit in there and I have to be able to get them to the post office before noonish to 1pm my time in order for them to go out the same day. The chemicals have to go out via UPS  or if you would prefere UPS over USPS that is availible as well (a bit more expensive though) You can call me to arrange other shipping methods if you need.

International orders go out in padded envelopes or tubes/boxes parcel post rate. You will get a customs number with your order but unfortunately the customs  number is not always updated along with the packages travels. Priority and express international orders are much easier to track.  If you choose the priority international shipping option then the parts must fit in a flat rate envelope. I can get most of the forearms in the flat rate padded envelopes but no magazine tubes or stocks.  Parcel post  International shipping charges are on an average 14.75. If you would like me to ship your parts another way you can always contact me and make arrangements!

FYI.. I have never had an issue with international shipping but I do strongly recommend PRIORITY shipping for packages going to AFRICA, that seems to be the only way they get there safely.

RETURNS:

If you need to return a part ship it to 4740 N. Tonalea Trl, Tucson AZ 85749.  SEND A NOTE with the part pertaining to what you need me to do. Even if I talk with you on the phone about a return, please put a note in there!!  Please do not send it back in a regular white non padded envelope-- it will not make it-- see example of pictures :-)

Click on image to enlarge and see where the screw was when it was shipped. The white circles are holes in the paper and envelope. It was gone when it arrived. Please use a padded envelope.
