This is the hanger that attaches to the underside of the barrel on the Winchester 1873 and 1892 rifle or carbine in 25-20 or 32-20 cal. This will not fit the larger cal rifles tubes. There is a pin that goes through the base of the hanger which holds the magazine tube in. The pin is part number wp728pin. REMEMBER The hangers do not go straight in/out as a sight does. The hangers TWIST in and out of the circular dovetail slot.
