This is the sear spring screw Winchester model 1895. This hard to find little screw goes up through the lower tang and threads into your sear spring. NOTE: Sometimes the sear spring is referred to as a trigger spring, but in the case of the model 1895, the spring only contacts the sear, which transfers the springs tension to the trigger.
