This is an ORIGINAL Forearm Screw for the Remington model 12. This screw secures the wooden pump handle to the slide. There is one on each side of the forearm. Take a close look at your escutcheon and make sure that you only have one hole. If your escutcheon has a large central hole and then an additional small hole on the outer edge of the large hole you will need the scalloped forearm screws (rp1 and rp2).
