This is an earlier version of the No 21 front sight that was placed on Winchester lever-action 1873, 1894, 1892, 1895 rifles at the factory. The earlier number 21 front sight did not have a set screw and came with the choice of material for the blade - these are the gold-colored version.. This sight measures .375 high and fits into the 3/8 inch dovetail on the Forearm of the barrel.
