We are generally in the shop from 9 am to 4 pm ARIZONA time Monday through Friday. We usually do not answer phones on Saturday or Sunday.  You will usually be talking with  Jax, Linda, Sonny, or Janos. The phones can get pretty busy during the day and my cell is forwarded to the shop phone if I am on the other line. Our goal is to answer voice mail in a timely manner but until we can get another designated body to answer phones.... keep calling ;-) if you need to text, see shop cell # below. (The shop cell is not carried around by anyone and is checked periodically but if you do text you might want to call and let us know to check the cell message :-)

 The parts store is located in Tucson, AZ by appointment only.

 Parts are shipped daily through the post office and UPS, and orders generally take 1 to 4 days to process and ship. Tracking info is emailed to you when the shipping label is created but be patient, your package might have to go through final check so it could take a day for the tracking number to show movement. check your spam or junk box if you did not receive any tracking information
