We primarily use the United States post office (USPS) and you can select UPS to ship your parts. All shipments come with tracking numbers that are emailed to you after the order is processed. The smaller parts come in padded envelopes and are wrapped with a receipt. Magazine tubes are sent in a long brown tube and all wood (forearms and stocks) for rifles are sent in boxes. If your parts weigh over 1 pound and you choose USPS it is automatically moved up to priority shipping. Most of the shipping charges for small items is around $9.00 and they generally take 4-5 days to get to you depending where you are in the country- I ship from Tucson AZ and the cart will offer the best rates available when you checkout. There is a choice for priority shipping which runs around $10.50 on up, and you will receive parts in 2-3 days. If you choose express mail and the order is in before 9am it will go out in the mail that day. Any chemicals have to go out Parcel Select if you choose USPS. You can call me to arrange other shipping methods if you desire. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be sent, but we do not cover any customs charges. You are responsible for knowing your countries regulations and getting me the paperwork needed if any. I have had more issues with lost packages shipping from state to state here in the US than I have had shipping internationally. Very rarely there is ad issue with a lost package and I will do everything I can from my end, but I can not replace your order if it is lost/ damaged. If your item is caught in customs, you will be responsible from your end. Packages will go out in padded envelopes or tubes/boxes (packed very well) parcel post or priority rate. You will get a customs number with your order but unfortunately the customs tracking number is not always updated along with the packages travels. Priority and express international orders are much easier to track. Parcel post International shipping charges are the best on average. If you would like me to ship your parts another way you can always contact me and make arrangements! FYI.. I strongly recommend PRIORITY shipping for packages going to AFRICA, that seems to be the only way they get there safely. Africa is one of the countries that packages have a hard time getting to...
RETURNS: You will have up to 5-days to contact us if the part we sent is incorrect. If we sent you a different part than you ordered, you will receive a full refund. If you ordered the incorrect part, we will exchange for the correct part and a 10% restocking fee will be assessed and we do not pay for return shipping. The returned parts should be sent to 4740 N.
