This is the ORIGINAL screw that holds the scalloped forearm screw (rp1, rp61-b) in place on the Remington model 12 and 12c. If you would prefer a new screw see part number rp2. If you have a Remington model 12 and it does not have a threaded hole right next to the forearm screw hole in the escutcheon for this little lock screw then you need the plain forearm screw, part number rp3
