Buttplate Remington model 41, 510, 514, model 512, and model 550. It is all black but the reflection from the flash makes parts look white. It is a reproduction of an original buttplate made from high quality urethane. Each buttplate comes with fitting instructions, as some minor fitting MAY be required (not always). Dimensions are as follows; Length; is 4 9/16 inches; Width at widest point is 1 1/2 inches. From top of plate to middle of top screw hole is 1/2 and from bottom of plate to middle of bottom screw hole is 15/16 inches. Center to center measurement of the screw holes (from center of holes) is 3 1/8 inches (allow slight variance in measurements , because the holes in the buttplates are much larger than the holes in your stock (they are counter sunk screw heads). To attach the plate to your stock, use buttplate screws wp57.
