Buttplate Winchester model 61. It is black with the Winchester logo in the middle of the buttplate. It is a reproduction of an original buttplate made in the US, from high-quality urethane. Each buttplate comes with fitting instructions, as some minor fitting MAY be required, but not always. Dimensions are as follows; Overall Length is 4 5/8 inches; Width at widest point is 1 1/2 inches. From top of plate to center of top screw hole is 13/16 inches; from bottom of plate to center of bottom screw hole is 1 inch. The center to center measurement between the screw holes is 2 3/4 inches (allow slight variance in measurements, because the holes in the buttplates are much larger than the holes in your stock (they are counter sunk screw heads). Note: compare measurement of your stock and screw hole locations to the 803 buttplate, the model 61 sometimes came with that buttplate. To attach the plate to your stock, use buttplate screws wp57.
