This is an ORIGINAL No 23B Winchester Express front sight that that has a blade height of .330 inches. This sight has a thin base with a high blade, and with the patent date of Nov 4 1902 stamped on the base. These were sights placed on the Winchester high velocity 1886 rifle and also on the lever-action 53 and 55 rifles as a special order.
