Locking Bolt ORIGINAL LEFT Winchester 1892

This is the LEFT side ORIGINAL Locking bolt Winchester 1892 lever action rifle. This part sits in grooves in the receiver on the left side (non Loading gate (spring cover) side). The finger lever lifts the locking bolts up when cocked and locks the bolt to the receiver when in battery. The head of the locking bolt pin (565) sits in a counter bored hole on this locking bolt. There is a second hole in the left side locking bolt that the locking bolt pin stop screw (783) threads into. This screw sits flush, and holds the locking bolt pin in place. Always keep these well lubricated. These are original parts
