This saddle ring stud, screws directly into the left receiver side in any 1876, 1894, 1895, & 1886 saddle ring carbine. It can also be used on the 1895 carbine but a small amount of length will need to be taken off of threaded portion. (NOTE this stud was not used on 1873 and 1892 carbines, they used the U-shaped staple, see part numnber wp12) This is not POST 64 Winchester model 94- you need part number C107.
