This is a ORIGINAL stock 1906 Expert pistol grip .22 Winchester rifle This stock will not fit a strait grip receiver!! (If the two metal tangs that come off of your receiver-that the tang screw goes through to hold the stock on- are parallel, then you have a strait grip and need part number stk06. If the bottom tang curves down, away from the top tang--then you have a pistol grip) This is a ORIGINAL stock in GOOD condition. It will have moderate handling marks appropriate for age. The neck may or may not have been repaired where thet are prone to splitting, but will be solid and there is no visible evidence of repair when mounted on rifle.
