This is an ORIGINAL lower tang for your Winchester 1886. ser #904xx , manudacture date is 1894 . VERY nice condition , no pitting , rust or any visual damage on any part of it . Aged patina , little bluing . The lower tang is stripped and does not come with the trigger or internal mechanisms. The finish will varry on these lower tangs because they are 100 plus years old. Winchester placed serial numbers on the 1886 lowr tang, so a FFL copy will be needed to ship this item.
