This is a buttplate 1902, 1904 and 1906 Winchester. It is a reproduction of an original made in the US, from high-quality black urethane. It has Winchester-Trade Mark- Repeating Arms stamped in the middle of it. Your buttplate comes with fitting instructions, as some minor fitting MAY be required, but not always. Dimensions are as follows; Overall Length is 4 inches; Width at widest point is 1 1/4 inches. From top of plate to middle of top screw hole is 1/2 inch and from bottom of plate to middle of bottom screw hole is 1 inch. The center to center measurement between the screw holes is 2 1/2 inches (allow slight variance in measurements, because the holes in the buttplates are much larger than the holes in your stock (they are counter sunk screw heads). To attach the plate to your stock, use buttplate screws wp69.
