This is the highest 4-step rear sight elevator for lever action Winchester rifles. This elevator fits 1873, 1886, 1894 (pre and post 64) and 1895. It fits into the slot on the sporting rear sights se rifles. The width is 0.10 and the highest adjustment point is at .200-.210 inches.
